Photoshoot for Sheer Nylons to showcase their Rago suspender belt range and stockings.

Photography, Modeling, Styling, Digital art all by me :)

If you would like to see the rest of the pictures of this set, please come to my facebook page, they are all there: [link]

Edit: Thank you so much for this DD! I am flattered this image was chosen. The styling etc it's inspired on the Mad Men series, but it's not "fan art", it's not pretending to be it. It's also inspired in one of their promotion posters.

Please stop the hate and jealousy because this got featured and not your suggestions for others etc. I don't have any control over it, and sincerely, I find it offensive you would come to my page to moan about it. I been on deviant art for over 9 years, and that's quite a long time, so if I had the luck to have more artwork chosen than "such and such" might be because of all the time I been here.

Oh, please, this has nothing to do with Mad Men other than the sepia tone skyscrapers.

why was this given a dd? the set is nice but then a lot of sets are nice, it really does not say anything at all as art it really just sits as eye candy and the point of it is obvious and trite >>; it is a good ad because it creates expectation but really not dd worthy because it has less to say than most fanart

Well, if you want to know why, you may want to ask the CV who featured this. Or read this FAQ #873: What do I do when I disapprove of a Daily Deviation feature?. Or even talk with $Moonbeam13. The artist doesn't have any control over it, so it's better to not ask them

Secondly, a DD is just a sitewide feature. It's nothing too important, and certainly is not a reward. It's to show other deviant's this persons' gallery. You can't feature their entire gallery, so CV's are left to feature one. :)

Also, this isn't fanart..

I blocked them, they are a waste of deviant art space... seriously, people should center more in what they are doing themselves and improve, you cannot insult someone when they obviously lack in skills.

I tried to get the point across that DD's were never special. It's just a feature to show your gallery, which if i may add, is pretty by the way.
They actually sound like an old 'wise' man who would tell stories to younger kids, since he said 'I remember when DD's were special'...Yeah.

It's good that you blocked them. They seem to have their mind set on having an impression on other commenters.

i did not say it was i was using fanart as a comparison and i do know about reporting and have shamed a feature-er into putting quality-control into their dds(it has worked so far nothing else she has dd'd has been junk) though when i started here and up until the last year a dd /was/ important, only the best of the best made it, each art featured had /something/ about it that made it stand above its peers be it insightful, beautiful, clever or well executed but they all had in common /quality/ each was a testament to effort on the part of the artist

though to answer the first question last i am not asking the artist i am putting it out for those, like you, who are coming and looking at this art and trying to get you lot to look at this and stop to think about art as a means of making you think not simply as a thing to wank off to or make you want to buy things because of(and if you look at the comments people have left there are more than a few that support both of those ideas)

You Sir, are crude and offensive as well as vulgar and rude. You should learn that art is subjective - it only exists in the mind of the viewer. If you don't like it, that's your right, but don't expect others to agree. There is no right and wrong, there is only popular opinion.
